Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for employees and adjusters on various claims across multiple coverage lines
Manage claims data collection and respond to requests for insurance and claim information
Track and update claims in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) database


Required Qualifications

5+ years of insurance claims handling experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in risk management or the insurance industry
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive business relationships
