Description Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney (CA Licensed) Location: Sacramento/Auburn, West Lake, Pasadena (Fully In-Office Role) Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 We are seeking experienced Estate Planning Attorneys to join our client's thriving practice, providing comprehensive legal services to high-net-worth clients. Positions are available in Sacramento/Auburn, West Lake, and Pasadena offices. This is a fully in-office role designed for attorneys with a few years of estate planning experience who are passionate about client service and working with sophisticated estate planning matters. What We Offer: - Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
- Super Low Billable Hour Requirement: 1,200 hours/year

- High-net-worth client base, providing a chance to work on complex and rewarding cases Responsibilities:
- Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other legal documents that reflect clients' wishes regarding asset distribution and care in case of incapacitation.
- Providing Legal Advice: Counsel clients on estate planning strategies that minimize taxes, avoid probate, and ensure the smooth transfer of assets.
- Trust and Estate Administration: Assist with estate management, ensuring the execution of wills and trusts, handling probate proceedings, and supporting beneficiaries.
- Tax Planning: Advise clients on structuring their estate to minimize estate and gift taxes, including setting up tax-efficient trusts.
- Asset Protection: Help clients protect their wealth from potential creditors or lawsuits by utilizing appropriate legal structures like irrevocable trusts.
- Reviewing and Updating Estate Plans: Regularly review and update clients' estate plans to reflect changes in their lives (e.g., marriage, divorce, birth of children) and stay compliant with new laws.
- Handling Probate Litigation: Represent clients in estate-related disputes, including contesting wills and managing estate administration conflicts.
- Business Succession Planning: Develop plans for business owners to transfer ownership and control of their businesses, ensuring a smooth transition after retirement or death.
- Educating Clients About Legal Options: Explain the various legal instruments available for estate planning, and how they align with the client's needs and goals. Qualifications:
