A company is looking for a Project Manager Liaison to ensure smooth order fulfillment by supporting sales, project management, and accounting teams.



Key Responsibilities:

Process, track, and bill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing research, and vendor discussions
Verify and manage manufacturer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and specifications


Required Qualifications:

Experience with NetSuite or similar software is required
Basic understanding of Project Spec and familiarity with Cap Worksheets or similar tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role is preferred
