Key Responsibilities

Assess patient's clinical needs to ensure appropriate level of care and length of stay
Coordinate and implement care plans for members, monitoring services rendered
Document care activities accurately and advocate for members throughout the care continuum


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma nursing school
Minimum of two years clinical experience required
Active unrestricted NJ RN license required
Proficiency in personal computers and software in a Windows environment preferred
