Key Responsibilities

Support regional stakeholders and collaborate with chapters on policies, procedures, and operational areas
Review, revise, and recommend chapter policies while identifying process improvements
Partner with internal Chapter Engagement Partners to implement new programs and services for chapter leader development


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
3-5 years of association experience or similar experience with dispersed geographic groups
Demonstrated ability to create and apply performance metrics
General knowledge of association laws and practices, including insurance program requirements
