Join a small but growing Design team with emphasis on individual development and ownership. Deliver products and features from ideation to implementation to millions of users. Create a world-class product, user experience, and brand with a highly motivated team experiencing exponential growth.Responsibilities Design and prototype high-quality solutions for web and mobile products. Own design strategy and execution, helping to build best-in-class design practices, methodologies, and systems. Build efficient workflows to collaborate with product managers, engineering, and marketing teams to maximize design impact. Iterate and build at a rapid pace, flexibly moving between execution and forward-facing thinking.Requirements 6+ years of designing and shipping impactful software. Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams. Proven experience working with and pitching to company leadership to execute on design solutions. Effective communication and illustration of design ideas with the ability to align the team quickly with goals and priorities. Being outspoken on personal taste with a high standard for aesthetics. Experience in visual design, insightful understanding of fundamental design elements like colors, fonts, textures and can compose world-class visual design language fluently. Open-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry - bringing the latest insights to the team.Bonus Points Have led the design of impactful products or brands from 0 to 1, especially visual content creation products. Strong analytical thinking, with a great sense of data-driven design. Experience conducting UX research. A strong passion for design in a broader sense, constantly expanding design thinking and expertise.Salary Range:$150,000 - $240,000 annually depending on experience and fit.Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
