A company is looking for an SBA Business Development Officer.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and applicants to gather necessary SBA application documentation and conduct eligibility and sales analysis
Prepare BDO Loan Summaries and Proposals, ensuring compliance with SBA SOP and Bank policy guidelines
Work closely with credit underwriting to ensure all application documents are complete and compliant


Required Qualifications

5+ years of direct national SBA sales experience at a high-volume national SBA Bank
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of ten years of related SBA sales experience and/or training
Proven track record of individual SBA 7(a) loan production over the last two consecutive years
Experience working on a high-volume SBA sales team
