Key Responsibilities

Monitor and input daily attendance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with staff
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining proper documentation and leave balances
Assist in the administration and optimization of HRIS systems and support the HR team in improving operational processes


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR operations and staff data management
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and company policies
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
