Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on recruiting, employment, employee relations, and compensation/benefits matters
Draft, revise, and update employment and benefits-related documentation and agreements
Manage employment-related litigation and collaborate with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications

6+ years of legal experience in employment law at a top-tier law firm and in-house legal department
A J.D. and current membership in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
Experience providing advice on various employment legal issues, including hiring and termination
