Key Responsibilities

Support credentialing compliance monitoring program activities, auditing, and data collection
Assist in the preparation of deliverables for payer and internal audit requests
Conduct ongoing monitoring to evaluate regulatory credentialing and delegated payer compliance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required
3+ years of related healthcare or health plan experience in credentialing compliance, auditing, and quality assurance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
Ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and identify trends
