Key Responsibilities

Define the scope and objectives of ServiceNow Scoped Applications and provide recommendations for development
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer
Perform system administration tasks and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations


Required Qualifications

Proficiency in App Engine Studio and Flow Designer
Familiarity with Agile approach to SDLC and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting (Java) is a plus
