Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and compliance expertise to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Facilitate external CMS audits and manage communications with auditors
Promote a culture of compliance and oversee day-to-day operations of the Compliance program


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of Compliance Program Management or related healthcare/legal experience
Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and training staff
Detailed knowledge of federal and state statutes and regulations governing health insurance
