Sr. Civil Estimator $100k-125k. experience with HeavyBid/HCSS estimating software is a big plus. We are looking for someone who can estimate in the $1M-20M range. Federal construction projects. 5+ years as an estimator working on small to mid-scale civil projects. BS Degree in construction Management or Civil Engineering is a BIG PLUS. Federal government project estimating experience a strong plus! Civil Estimating background required.

Knowledge of bridges, highway, earthwork, construction paving, underground, concrete, structural steel, and grading practices.
