Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Sales Manager job in Redding, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities for this Sales Manager job include:



- Managing a sales territory.

- Coordinate tradeshow planning and coordination to present and demonstrate company products.

- Manage a staff of three salespeople.

- Complete ROI calculations as it pertains to manufacturing.

- Utilize Goldmine Sales Database and Microsoft Office programs to develop and take action on sales leads.

- Sell industrial machinery, utilizing knowledge of manufacture, operation, and uses of machinery.

- Compute costs of installing machinery and anticipated savings in production costs for clients.



Qualifications:



- Must have 5+ years experience in equipment sales and supervision.

- Strong mechanical or manufacturing background preferred.

- Proficient in Excel and experience with ROI calculations required.



Salary is DOE, plus potential for substantial sales commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. This is a direct hire opportunity.
