Business/Testing Analyst - Mountain View California

You will own the testing and optimization workstream of an e-commerce platform for selling Google devices (e.g., Nexus phones, Chromecast, Chromebooks, Nest, Glass, etc). You will work with the product and creative teams to prioritize UX and content experiments, implement testing tools and execute multivariate testing to optimize conversion.



Responsibilities



Lead multivariate testing strategy and planning for e-commerce platform

Optimize the online shopping experience to increase conversion through site presentation and product merchandising by looking at sales & web analytics, as well as online shopping best practices

Recommend and prioritize high impact experiments to optimize user funnel and conversion

Partner with product team to integrate best-in-class and custom analytics / testing tools

Partner with creative team to build UX and content experiments for multivariate testing

Analyze, track and report on customer behavior and experimentation results





Minimum Qualifications:

+ Experience in conversion optimization, multivariate testing and analytics

+ Knowledge of and experience with e-commerce best practices; ability to advise on strategies and product requirements to enhance platform-level UX and merchandising capabilities.
