Adecco is currently assisting the World¿s Largest Search Engine in their search for an experienced Purchasing Coordinator. This position is a short term 2 month assignment 10 hours per week, ideally 2 hrs/day. The Purchasing Coordinator will be working closely with vendors in answering vendor inquiries as well as supporting internal team in regards to funds and invoices.



Pay rate: 49.56/hr



Located onsite in San Francisco



Responsibilities for the Purchasing Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:



-Create vendors in purchasing system

-Answer vendor credit check inquiries

-Answer vendor payment inquiries

-Answer internal/vendor questions about orders

-Notify team proactively when PO funds are low



Purchasing Coordinator candidate preferred education/experience:



-2-3 years experience with working with vendors and accounts payables
