Must have at least 2 years experience.

This person must have good attention to detail. Anyone from Food Manufacturing industry with Quality Assurance is a PLUS!!

Company trains one-on-one at each workstation.



DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Process dehydrated beans.

Job duties rotate each week to one of 4 workstations. No workstation duties require repetitive motion. Duties require attention to detail with product results documented and recorded for quality control. Employees required to follow "good manufacturing practices" as instructed.



1.Bean Washing: Uses forklift to move raw materials to bean washing equipment. Reaching required to discharge beans into equipment. Some stooping to weigh beans into smaller batches for processing. Crane scales hoist with electric hand controls used to move raw materials to next workstation. Uses lab equipment for quality control.

2. Bean Conditioning: Uses battery powered pallet jack + crane scale hoist with electric hand controls to move batch bags through this area. Some reaching is required to attached batch bags to hoist bar.

3. Bean Cooking: Uses crane scale hoist with electric hand controls to move raw materials and discharge into pressure cookers. May have to walk up and down stairs with 4 risers during the day when assigned to this workstation. May use a shovel at about waist height during the day when assigned to this workstation.

4. Bean Drying: Monitors the discharge of the finished product into packing box. Must handle pallet, weighing 50 lbs., by lifting/sliding to floor level and assemble bulk cardboard box for packing finished good. Uses forklift to return finished product to warehouse. Uses lab equipment for quality control. Performs other duties that may require some reaching but not repetitive.
