We are looking for has a good solid understanding of the consumer packaged foods business, including retail, food service and industrial. Strong retail marketing, promotional, and client development skills. Knowledge of the marketing process in consumer packaged goods. Experienced in the various aspects of the marketing function and brand management



Experience:

- Solid knowledge of the consumer packaged foods business is required. The candidate will have demonstrated practical experience in the strategic and tactical aspects of the following marketing functions:

- Develop strategic retail & promotional marketing plans that drive

- Sales and account growth ? Retail marketing program planning,

- Development, and implementation (national retail programs, tie-in projects, coupon programs, etc)

- Developing & implementing

- Marketing promotion programs; creative execution, track, analyze

- Data, evaluate benefit, and report measure of success/ ROI to

- Management

-Work closely with PR, foodservice, industrial departments to achieve sales target & promotional goals

-Work closely with Regional Branches (LA, CH, NY, AT, TX) as liaison for marketing programs, special projects and sales opportunities pertaining to regional needs

-Creative execution of advertising, promotional material, digital media, website, intranet -Digital & social media proficiency - work with PR, Foodservice, and Industrial departments to ensure all efforts are integrated

- Experience partnering with ad agencies

- Highly organized, highly motivated, and have strong professional

communication skills



Qualifications

- Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree and 6 to 7 years successful and progressively responsible sales & marketing experience in the consumer packaged food industry

-Direct sales management experience highly desirable

-MBA is a plus

-Some experience supervising and managing people desirable, but not required.
