A leading supplier of aviation chemicals is looking for someone to develop superior customer relationships, provide quotes, source products, manage accounts, enter and maintain data, and assist with sales & admin support. Must multi-task, set goals, prioritize, and meet deadlines.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



? Process in-bound quotations via email / phone / fax using Pentagon software

? Determine pricing by quoting customers on our products and materials

? Source products and material not in stock

? Some out bound ?cold calling? may be necessary

? Process purchase orders from customers

? Take inbound sales calls and quote pricing on our materials and products

? Research on locating products via internet and Pentagon software

? Interface with purchasing dept and expedite desk to execute shipments and customer needs

? Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

? Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

? Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and proper contract review

? Identify and resolve customer concerns.

? Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, customer follow up logs and customer complaint logs.

? Other duties as assigned.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES



Must accurately determine pricing and percentage mark up for quotation of material and products.



KNOWLEDGE/SKILL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS



? Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image.

? Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and some overtime.

? The ability to multi task

? Excellent phone skills

? Detailed oriented and highly organized

? Attention to detail

? Southern California resident preferred, absolutely no relocation

? College degree preferred
