A company is looking for an IT Support Center After-Hours Technician.



Key Responsibilities

Provide after-hours remote technical support via phone, email, and web ticket queue
Troubleshoot issues across multiple operating systems and university applications
Document customer interactions and escalate issues to second-tier staff as needed


Required Qualifications

Moderate to advanced technical skills and customer service experience
Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying technical abilities
Willingness to work at least four, six-hour night shifts and rotating holiday coverage
Must have a suitable remote working environment with reliable high-speed internet
