Key Responsibilities

Resolve technical and financial issues reported by the Customer Service team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide support to Customer Service Representatives
Identify and escalate ongoing customer pain points while developing new processes to enhance customer experiences



Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
Strong technical aptitude and experience handling financial transactions
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Experience with back office systems and tools is a plus
