Join us on a mission to make security easier for all developers - starting from secret management.About this roleInfisical is looking for a sales engineer to help grow Infisical's customer base and ensure a great product/onboarding experience. You will work closely with our CEO and the engineering team on: - Running proof-of-concept with leads, guiding customers through onboarding, and recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases.
- Becoming a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
- Ensuring new customers are activated, happy, and have all their questions answered.
- Expanding Infisical to new use cases within accounts (e.g., more integrations, feature announcements, cross-sell).
- Talking to customers daily to identify points of friction and potential improvements in workflows, understanding customer needs, and providing feedback towards the product roadmap.
- Improving documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.
- Managing/facilitating case studies and customer quotes/references.
- Hosting webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders.
- Understanding user journeys and guiding the UX/DX roadmap.Overall, you will be a defining piece of our team as we scale to thousands of customers over the next 18 months.About youThis job requires the following pivotal skills:
- Technical experience in development or systems engineering (open source experience is a plus).
- Experience in a customer-facing role (technical/developer product is a plus).
- Understanding of the Infrastructure/DevSecOps space is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
