Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with HR Business Partners to gather data requirements and define workforce planning processes
Interprets and analyzes workforce data to make recommendations for improving member satisfaction and experience
Prepares and presents reports on workforce trends and projections for leadership


Required Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in HR, Workforce Forecasting, or Data Systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with HR data reporting systems; Workday ERP experience preferred
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
