Key Responsibilities

Prepare witnesses for various types of testimony, including depositions and trials
Conduct jury-related consulting services such as mock trials, jury selection, and demographic profiling
Collaborate with clients and the sales team to manage projects from intake to delivery



Required Qualifications and Education

J.D. required with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field required; graduate degree preferred
Knowledge of social science research methodology is essential
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation technology
