A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage HR functions and support organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities

Integrate data and feedback to anticipate upcoming HR needs and lead projects across functional teams
Support HR Centers of Service with knowledge management and handle disciplinary issues as needed
Manage integration processes for new centers and provide recommendations on best practices and compliance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
PHR or SPHR certification is required; PHR-CA or SPHR-CA is a plus
Strong knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources and MS Office skills
