Key Responsibilities

Manage risk strategic activities and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Oversee risk program execution and maintain policies, standards, and procedures
Design and implement risk reporting frameworks to provide insights to senior management



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk, OR
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of experience in the same fields
Experience working at a large financial institution
Leadership experience and knowledge of risk techniques and control frameworks
