Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for processing test samples and manage inquiries
Support the Sales team with account requests, including setup and order processing

Required Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent required; undergraduate degree or certification preferred
At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
