Volt is immediately hiring for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in San Diego, CA. As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer you will: Perform manufacturing engineering tasks such as the creation of timely, accurate bills of material, controls assembly drawings, manufacturing floor support for assembly and testing operations. Responsibilities: --- Lead new Technology & Innovation roadmaps. --- Communicate with stakeholders to determine the new technology mid-long term plan. --- Drive insights On Technology trends and sharing with technical groups. --- Standardize processes and automating monitoring technologies. This is a full time, contingent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with Gas Turbine Systems and their operation Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Control Systems Experience with Windchill Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, capable of handling multiple projects with competing priorities, while meeting project deadlines and commitments Pay Rate: $32.28/hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
