A company is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee marketing policies and initiatives for its Real Estate brokerage and Title/Settlement business.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute overall marketing strategy for the brokerage
Manage online marketing activities, including campaigns and content management
Build brand recognition and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
Five plus (5+) years of marketing experience, with a focus on content strategy and performance metrics
Two plus (2+) years of direct marketing experience in real estate brokerage
