A company is looking for a SOX Compliance Manager to oversee compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of the SOX compliance program
Maintain and monitor key controls and ensure proper processes are in place
Work with internal and external auditors to assist with audit testing and ensure timely completion of annual SOX control testing


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, required
5-7 years of experience in SOX testing, internal audit, or public accounting audit, required
Experience with audit functions for financial institutions and banks, strongly preferred
Certified Public Accountant, preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal audit standards More...
