Key Responsibilities

Own claim files from intake through delivery, focusing on quality and cycle time
Manage all tasks necessary for successful claim assignments and collaborate with various business units
Provide customer service through Live Chat & Hotline and assist with special projects as assigned


Required Qualifications

1-3 years of customer service experience
Property and Casualty claim knowledge is helpful
College degree or equivalent experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
