A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - IT Project Portfolio to support technology and security project teams in lifecycle delivery and management.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end management of assigned projects within the Enterprise Technology portfolio, focusing on security projects
Provide scrum leadership for agile projects, ensuring ceremonies are conducted and documented
Create project plans, identify constraints and risks, and manage stakeholder expectations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project/program management and agile delivery in a related technology field
PMP and/or Scrum/Agile certification preferred
Experience with project management software, specifically Jira
