A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.



Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for new hires, providing proactive updates and support throughout the onboarding journey
Coordinate onboarding processes and monitor progress, addressing any issues that arise
Facilitate compliance with onboarding requirements and gather feedback for process improvements


Required Qualifications

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or a minimum of 2 years of HR or Administrative/Coordinator experience
2-3 years of HR or customer service-related experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS (Workday preferred) More...
