A company is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to manage customer interactions and drive sales through inbound calls and chats.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle 40-50 inbound customer calls/chats per day while maintaining excellent service standards
Complete monthly Brand Sales Trainings and adhere to assigned schedules
Log customer interactions and identify process inefficiencies for improvement


Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role preferred
3+ years of sales experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
