Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support to customers and their families throughout their care journey
Identify and engage with appropriate care service providers and negotiate pricing and availability
Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution and documenting all interactions


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatric care
Proficient in using computer applications such as MS Office and email
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting targets
