Key Responsibilities

Manage ERP Payroll technical implementations and process improvement projects
Develop project scope, manage resources, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
Track project schedules, financials, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives


Required Qualifications

Experience with Payroll on ERP Cloud Solutions such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, or SAP S4/HANA
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
PMP certification preferred
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
