Responsibilities:
--- List residential real estate for sale in Denver, CO, US and effectively market the properties
--- Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with both buyers and sellers
--- Conduct thorough market analysis to accurately determine the value of properties
--- Educate clients on essential real estate procedures and guide them through the process
--- Ensure the maintenance of your Real Estate License to comply with regulations

Qualifications:
--- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
--- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is required
--- Must have US Work Authorization
--- Exceptional communication skills are a must
--- A proven history of successful sales is necessary
