Qualifications:--- Education: Associate of Science or Arts from an Accredited OTA program--- Certification (s): BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)--- Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Occupational Therapy (COTA) license; Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employmentPhysical Requirements:The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time.
