A local, family-owned company specializing in assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care in the greater Denver area. Schedule for this position is 6a-6p Saturday, Sunday, and Monday with the option to work additional shifts. We realize that to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional resident care, we need great leaders. If you are an experienced Registered Nurse looking to move into a leadership role or an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a new opportunity let's have a conversation! What you'll be doing: In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status. In addition, you will: - Be the point of contact for all clinical employees during the weekend
- Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor
- Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents Who we are looking for:
- You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1 year of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills
- Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out. An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is required
- You will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification You will be a great fit for us if you:
