A company is looking for an Oracle Compensation Engineer or Business Analyst to support compensation processes and configurations.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Compensation COE to provide high-level service and support
Manage technical and functional configurations related to Compensation and CoreHR
Conduct various testing phases including regression, SIT, and UAT testing


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with UDT configurations
3+ years of experience managing grades, grade rates, and compensation zones
3+ years of experience in unique Compensation module configurations
2+ years of experience with eligibility profile configurations
