• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• ACLS needed
• 15 patients per day in clinic, mix of adult (90%) and peds (10%)
• Surgical & non-surgical ENT, endoscopic procedures, septal, sinus, bronchs, tracheostomy etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
