Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and maintaining tracking tools for sales pull through and compliance
Train Relationship Managers on customer relations tools and resources
Support the management of LPP marketing content and events


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Minimum of four years of operations and customer relations experience
Experience in executing marketing and communication plans
Strong knowledge of business communication and customer relationships
