Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers in the assigned portfolio
Review delinquent accounts and perform collection activities
Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and ensure operational excellence


Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in commercial collections or customer service
Proven ability to manage a portfolio over $3M
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of Oracle or Salesforce is a plus
