A company is looking for an Associate Counsel (Provider Contract) to provide legal counsel and support related to healthcare provider contracts.



Key Responsibilities

Provide legal and business counsel to management and support contract negotiations with healthcare providers
Draft, distribute, and maintain provider agreements and develop compliance policies
Manage litigation strategy and collaborate with various departments and external counsel


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum Juris Doctorate
At least 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in healthcare or contracting
Experience with managed care network agreements is preferred
Licensure and professional certifications as applicable
