A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist responsible for coordinating title report curative efforts.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for Title Services, handling escalated and high-priority orders
Work with attorneys, lenders, and other parties to resolve title problems
Identify title defects and obtain necessary documents to clear title issues


Required Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED
3+ years of industry or related business experience
Strong knowledge of title insurance policies and title curative processes
Experience within the real estate industry and/or vendor management service company preferred
Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot/VLOOKUP/Macros) preferred More...
