Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success
Enable the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through inbound and outbound sales motions
Manage and analyze team performance, including forecasting and pipeline generation


Required Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS
1+ year of experience in velocity sales account executive management
Familiarity with SMB SaaS sales processes and methodologies (COM / MEDDICC)
Proven track record of leading successful and over-performing sales teams
