Key Responsibilities

Establish content, strategies, and personas for voice and text-based automated solutions
Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions, creating client-facing deliverables
Collaborate on intent discovery and natural language models, working with developers throughout the project lifecycle


Required Qualifications

3+ years of user experience and user interaction work experience
Degree in design, user experience, communication, or a related discipline
Experience crafting mockups and prototypes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or InVision
Ability to work hands-on in a conversational platform with a graphical builder interface
