Key Responsibilities

Service client needs via inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries
Liaise with clients, Wealth Advisors, Operations Team, and broker-dealer custodian
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries


Required Qualifications and Education

HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services
