Key Responsibilities

Identify requirements and translate them into Epics and Stories with acceptance criteria
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and backlog refinement sessions
Collaborate with development and testing teams to set up CX programs on Medallia Experience Cloud


Required Qualifications

Profound knowledge of Medallia Experience Cloud platform, including survey building and integrations
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Medallia Experience Cloud
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience in the MarTech space and related tools and technology
Able to work in the EST time zone (2 PM - 11 PM IST) More...
