Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Scrum Master team, providing coaching and resources
Act as Scrum Master for an agile development team, ensuring development commitments are met
Manage product status and priorities while building expertise with product teams


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Financial Services or equivalent
2+ years of experience in BA, Development, or related technology roles preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
